HI, I AM KASIA
I am a therapist supporting women who experienced violence, and a survivor of mental, physical, and sexual abuse. My specialization is positive psychology in trauma healing. You can find here webinars, courses, and books about specific tools, and tips helpful in healing wounds and building a good life. I also provide individual support for survivors of emotional abuse, physical and sexual violence including childhood sexual abuse, all kinds of domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse. I know it all from my own experience, and if you are here, I am happy to meet you and very sad that abuse a part of your story!
My approach is based on my personal experience of recovery from depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, and other mental health problems, using different therapy approaches and coaching methods that let me build my own methodology. In the books, courses, and webinars, I share only tools and tips that were helpful to me in changing my mindset and life, coping with abusers and narcissists in my family, finding meaning in my story, and learning how to enjoy every day. Now I am here for you and you are here for me – it is our connection that makes me feel there was a reason for the traumas I experienced. Thank you!
